Manager- Business Development

Location : Ahmedabad | Department : Sales & Marketing

Business development entails tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities within and between organizations. Creation of long-term value to expand channel business by sourcing new partners for market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Researching and evaluating existing business structure by applying various business analysis tools, formulating end-to end sales solutions, streamlining operations, while contributing to long term growth objectives of the corporate entity.
  • Expanding channel business by sourcing new partners as well as maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of business operations.
  • Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through.
  • Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing sales targets. Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales leads/ opportunities.
  • Constantly interacting with prospects and maintaining cordial business relationship with key clients.
  • Handling high value sales, addressing minor details and identifying areas of improvements in customer service.
  • Undertaking business case assessment to enhance channel sale relations, as well as assessing and evaluating new vendor products. 

Qualifications : 

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mechanical/Chemical engineering/ B.Sc. Chemistry/Commerce/Business.
  • Specialized knowledge: Experience of channel development in Consumer Durables Industry, FMCG Industry, Electrical or Electronic Industry
  • Skills: Ability to build Distribution Network/Channel Partner. Negotiation ability, Sales closure, Rapport building, quick decision making, customer orientation,
  • Abilities: Understanding of the Distributor/s work environment, connect with major distributors for business development, customer satisfaction orientation, ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Personal characteristics: Confident, pleasing personality, never give up attitude, good communication- written and verbal.
  • Experience: 7-10 years for reputed company, demonstrated experience in developing distributors and dealers’ network, consistent experience in up selling and cross selling.

Co-coordinator-Sales

Location : Mumbai | Department : Sales Support

To provide back-end support for our sales team. Enable effective communication and relevant information within prescribed timeline. Provide back-end assistance to all sales and administrative activity within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • To prepare Quotation for customers queries within acceptable turnaround time.
  • Vendor Management-Identify, Negotiate, Define terms and empanelment.
  • To handle queries with sales team and follow up on quotation submitted to customers.
  • Prepare MIS report and make all the payment of like stationary, Internet, Mobile Phone, and all other expenditure.
  • Inventory updating and stock management in H-Office.
  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat order /make sales order for process.
  • Follow up with Dispatch Dept. for customer order to reach on time and better service.
  • Payment follow-up with customers on regular basis.
  • Follow up and co-ordinate all logistical activity for confirmed orders.

 

Other Responsibility :

  • Assist in office management
  • Provide support towards payment management
  • Assist with overall effective functioning of all the aspects of Mumbai office.

Qualifications : 

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate in Commerce with minimum 55% or equivalent.
  • Specialized knowledge: Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles, excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skill
  • Abilities: Organized , Self Managed, eye for detail, Self Discipline

Assistant Manger - Sales

Position exists to increase customer base (generate new business) for the existing product line (Smart Home Products). Contribute to revenue generation. Contribute to profitability of the Business Unit.

Duties and Responsibilities : 

  • Active participation in implementing business strategy (long term/Short term).

Qualifications : 

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering/B.Com or equivalent to be preferred.
  • Specialized knowledge: Experience of Filtration Industry.
  • Skills: Negotiation ability, Sales closure, Rapport building, Quick decision making.
  • Abilities: Understanding of the work environment, customer satisfaction orientation, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Personal characteristics: Confident, pleasing personality, eye for detail, persistent, never give up attitude.
  • Experience: 4-5 years as front-line sales person for reputed Filtration industry solutions.

Location Ahmedabad | Business Development/ Sales- Consumer Durable.

Position exists to identify ideal positioning for specified product/s. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen product/s positioning. Add value for channel sales and assist in promotions/ marketing. Contribute to profitability of product line/s.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support in creating and implementing product positioning strategy (long term/Short term). 
  • Develop and assist with implementation of marketing/ promotion strategies
  • Conduct sales calls with potential customers/ provide support to Channel sales as and where required. 
  • Conduct product demo as and where required. 
  • Assist with queries related to technical details as and where required.

  • Specialized knowledge: Experience of Consumer Durable Industry, Water filtration/ water conditioning devices. 
  • Skills: Negotiation ability, Analytical skills, Networking skills, Quick decision making, customer orientation. 
  • Abilities: Understanding of the Distributor/s work environment, connect with major distributors in the CD space, customer satisfaction orientation, ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Personal characteristics: Confident, pleasing personality, eye for detail, persistent, never give up attitude, good communication- written and verbal. 
  • Experience: 5-15 years as Product specialist in marketing/sales for said product/s, should have ideally worked for reputed consumer durable brand, demonstrated experience in managing distributors and dealers’ network, consistent experience in up selling and cross selling. Experience of working with cross functional teams.
